Drives revenue growth across the Midwest by managing customer relationships, expanding market share, promoting underground infrastructure products, and developing new business. Presents technical solutions to manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and municipalities; conducts customer visits and demonstrations; monitors competition; forecasts sales; prepares reports; and collaborates with customer service and engineering teams. The role requires approximately 40% overnight travel and 20–30% same-day travel, including occasional travel to Canada.

Manage multi-site IT operations in a manufacturing environment while leading a small support team and providing hands-on technical support. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, identity management, networking, Windows servers, ERP support, cybersecurity, asset lifecycle management, vendor contracts, budgeting, disaster recovery, technology standards, and end-user training. The role is onsite and may require after-hours or weekend support.

Supports comprehensive HR operations for a manufacturing workforce, including hourly recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and engagement initiatives. Maintains employee records in Paylocity, administers FMLA claims, supports benefit enrollment, represents the company in unemployment hearings, and partners with leaders on workforce development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires consistent on-site presence in a manufacturing environment.
