Supports real estate development project managers with financing applications, RFP submissions, loan closing due diligence, vendor coordination, contract creation, internal reporting, presentations, scheduling, and expense tracking. The role participates in all phases of affordable housing project execution and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills. This is an entry-level position with training provided and a hybrid Boston-based work schedule.

Manages corporate and development accounting for consolidated and intercompany real estate activity, including audits, tax returns, financing settlements, development costs, debt service coverage tests, tax credit documentation, projections, and budgeting. Supervises junior accounting staff, supports investors, housing partners, regulators, and the Board Audit Committee, and ensures compliance with GAAP, HUD, and affordable housing regulations.
