Lead talent intelligence strategy and delivery, manage talent data lifecycle, develop workforce planning, labor market insights, and TA reporting. Partner with analytics and TA leaders to build dashboards, ensure data governance, and translate data into executive-ready insights to inform hiring, retention, and workforce strategy.

Provide clinical and operational shift supervision in the Operating Room. Oversee patient flow, safety, quality processes, and direct unit staff. Coordinate with Nurse Manager and leadership to ensure exceptional care experiences and smooth OR operations.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, transmit images to PACS, prepare documentation, educate and position patients, assist physicians with invasive procedures, maintain equipment and sterile technique, take call, and supervise students.
