Provide direct nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate, document care, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with care team, educate patients/families, supervise LPNs and assistive staff, perform procedures, maintain competencies and mandatory trainings, and occasionally serve in leadership roles (e.g., relief charge nurse).

Performs CT imaging and related radiographic duties including patient screening, safety and quality checks, procedure education, and documentation. Communicates critical findings, supports orientation and competency documentation, maintains credentials, may perform general radiology, EKG, and lab tasks, and participates in quality and departmental initiatives.

Performs CT imaging according to protocols, screens and educates patients, prioritizes and reviews exams for clinical appropriateness, maintains credentials, supports onboarding and quality initiatives, and may perform general radiology, lab, and EKG duties as assigned.
