Leads regional human resources strategy across multiple healthcare facilities, advising executives on workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compliance, analytics, and HR operations. Oversees investigations, risk mitigation, HR service delivery, budgets, and regional HR teams while partnering with enterprise functions. The role drives engagement, retention, succession planning, leadership capability, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.

Performs computerized tomography imaging while ensuring patient safety, correct exam orders, clinical screening, equipment calibration, quality checks, and compassionate patient education. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate exam flow, addresses patient concerns, documents events, and follows evidence-based imaging protocols. The role requires either certified CT technologist credentials or provisional CT status with progression toward ARRT(CT) and New Mexico CT licensure.

Performs computerized tomography imaging while ensuring patient safety, accurate exam verification, clinical screening, equipment checks, and evidence-based procedures. Educates and supports patients, addresses concerns, documents care, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and maintains efficient exam flow. Requires an associate degree, BLS certification, and either certified CT technologist credentials or provisional CT status with required licensure and certification progression.
