Supports the Sales and Marketing team for an independent living community by managing inquiries and CRM records, conducting community tours, coordinating sales activities and events, assisting with resident interior finish selections, preparing documentation, and maintaining marketing materials and office systems. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, confidentiality, and administrative skills while guiding prospective residents through the sales and move-in process.

Provides direct nursing care to residents in a senior living environment, including medication administration, treatments, monitoring, documentation, care-plan implementation, admissions, discharges, and communication with physicians and families. Supervises care staff and must maintain clinical competency while working weekends, holidays, and as-needed shifts.

Leads hands-on human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, HR records, engagement, and retention. Partners with department leaders, supports managers, investigates workplace concerns, maintains employment-law compliance, and administers employee experience initiatives in a people-focused community environment.
