Manage strategic B2B accounts from contract signature through renewal, building relationships with HR and L&D leaders. Analyze engagement, account health, satisfaction, and ROI metrics; provide recommendations; conduct business reviews; develop retention strategies; negotiate renewals and expansions; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Develop and own backend features using Python and Django, build backend services, troubleshoot third-party integrations, and contribute to scalable web applications. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver A/B-tested product features while balancing development speed with technical quality. Participate in code reviews, monitoring, testing practices, scalability improvements, incident troubleshooting, and an on-call rotation. Candidates should be adaptable across technology stacks, comfortable with small JavaScript or TypeScript tasks, highly self-organized, and effective communicators.

Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, cold calls, email, video, and other channels. Qualify prospects using consultative conversations, research target companies, maintain accurate CRM data, schedule discovery calls, handle objections, and nurture leads. Collaborate with Account Executives to build the sales funnel and target high-potential accounts while developing expertise in Preply Business and B2B sales.
