Owns tutor-facing engagement programs and projects end to end, including conferences, webinars, community contests, awards, and LMS migration operations. The role coordinates stakeholders and external partners, conducts focus groups and light data analysis, establishes program reporting, and builds AI workflows to automate repetitive content operations. Success means improving tutor engagement, sentiment, trust, and the operational execution of programs at scale.

Build backend services, internal developer platforms, tooling, CI/CD systems, testing capabilities, and AI-native workflows using Python. Improve developer productivity and experience by creating scalable paved paths, identifying engineering friction, and enabling teams to develop and deploy autonomously. Collaborate with engineering teams, use data and feedback to measure platform effectiveness, and contribute to architecture and technical decisions in cloud-native distributed systems.
