The role partners with HR, payroll, benefits, legal, compliance, IT, and vendors; supports system implementations and training; mentors junior staff; and handles confidential employee information.

Lead end-to-end development of LLM and agentic AI systems for clinical applications: fine-tuning, domain adaptation, multimodal integration with imaging and structured data, rigorous evaluation and hallucination mitigation, production deployment with clinical validation, and cross-functional technical leadership to establish org-wide frameworks and standards.

Lead QA for web- and API-driven healthcare products: design and execute manual and automated tests, validate REST/GraphQL services, integrate tests into CI/CD, ensure accessibility and security/performance testing, track and resolve defects, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive quality process improvements.
