The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for hardware and software, manages cloud applications, and develops automation scripts to improve efficiency.

Lead design and modernization of patient-facing backend services, driving API-first and event-driven architectures on AWS. Improve reliability, observability, security, and scalability of communication pipelines (email, SMS, notifications). Mentor engineers, enforce API contracts, reduce tech debt, and partner with cross-functional teams to build secure systems handling sensitive patient data.

The Staff Engineer will lead the design and modernization of backend services, ensuring API best practices, reliability, and security for patient communication platforms, alongside mentoring engineering teams.

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide product information; manage and nurture leads in the CRM; follow up to convert leads into sales; meet sales targets and quotas; collaborate with the sales team; protect patient privacy; and support other tasks as needed while working a rotating shift schedule in a hybrid Vancouver role.

Lead development of foundation and multimodal models for whole-body MRI, design and validate experiments, drive data quality and annotation standards, apply generative/agentic AI and LLM adaptation, collaborate with clinical and engineering teams, and deliver production-ready, clinically signed models with documented validation and performance benchmarks.

Lead implementation and optimization of FP&A planning platform (Pigment); design data models and integrations; build driver-based financial models; produce forecasting, dashboards, monthly consolidations, and board reporting; partner with CTO/IT and department leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and scale planning processes.
