Oversee daily shuttle driver and warehouse crew operations at a building materials manufacturing plant. Operate jockey-spotter and shuttle trucks to move trailers, coordinate truck maintenance, supervise hiring and training, conduct safety meetings, enforce policies, support customer satisfaction, oversee data entry, and meet operational metrics. The role requires trailer maneuvering, employee leadership, flexible scheduling, physical stamina, and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Oversee daily operations at a building materials manufacturing plant, including supervising jockey/spotter drivers and warehouse staff, moving trailers, coordinating truck maintenance, enforcing safety and company policies, hiring and training employees, managing data entry, satisfying customers, and meeting operational metrics.

Cover and secure loaded 45–53 ft flatbed trailers with plastic sheeting, tarps, bungee cords, and 4" webbing straps per company and DOT standards. Work is physical, outdoors/indoors in varying weather, may require lifting up to 50+ lbs, and following PPE and safety procedures. Shift work with possible overtime; benefits after 90 days.
