Implement and oversee construction site safety programs. Conduct site visits and daily safety audits, deliver OSHA trainings and toolbox talks, investigate incidents, enforce OSHA/company policies, review safety plans, evaluate tools/equipment, and promote safe work practices.

Manage accounts receivable operations including client/job setup, progress and retention billings, collections, waiver approvals, payment processing and deposits, billing audits, monthly reporting, WIP maintenance, and coordinating with project managers, Controller and CPA to close jobs and resolve billing revisions.

Manage and oversee all timekeeping and end-to-end payroll processes, including wage changes, overtime, garnishments, deductions, certified payroll (Davis-Bacon), tax audit responses, reporting, GL transactions, and periodic site visits. Deliver recurring payroll and compliance reports on schedule and coordinate with controller and other departments.

The Quality Control Supervisor oversees construction quality control by conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing project quality issues while assisting in planning and training personnel.

Install PVC conduit and fittings for underground utilities, monitor construction quality, assist Foreman with project planning and resource coordination, and maintain safety standards at job sites.

The Project Manager oversees and coordinates underground utility projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion while managing resources, budgets, and communication with clients and vendors.
