Provides administrative and clerical support to the human resources department, maintaining personnel records, responding to HR inquiries, supporting recruiting and onboarding, creating guard badges, completing employment verifications, assisting with state guard cards, and contributing to HR projects and reports. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, integrity, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is an onsite, hourly position in Flint with limited travel.
