Responsible for prospecting and selling packaging products within a defined territory, building and maintaining client relationships, performing regular prospecting (networking, cold calling), reporting to Sales Manager, conducting quarterly business reviews, managing aged inventory on a 30-day turn cycle, and assisting accounting with collections.

Assigns and dispatches freight to drivers, schedules loads and routes, prepares pick tickets and load tags, tracks driver hours and logbook activity, posts and forwards discrepant bills of lading, and maintains daily communication with drivers, customers, and management.

Perform hands-on assembly of corrugated packaging using stitch, glue, banding, heat, and bundling tools. Meet production targets, perform quality checks, maintain workstation cleanliness, handle materials, and collaborate with team and material handlers to optimize workflow.

Manage and grow regional customer accounts by driving organic sales, executing vendor-managed inventory programs, resolving escalations, preparing QBRs, reporting pipeline activity, coordinating with internal teams, supporting collections, and promoting company products and marketing initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory goals.

Perform manual assembly of packaging products using stitch/glue/heat guns and bundlers; follow assembly procedures, meet production targets, conduct quality checks, handle corrugated materials, maintain workstation cleanliness, and collaborate with team and material handlers.

Drive territory growth by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining B2B packaging clients. Build pipelines via cold calling and referrals, deliver QBRs, manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, report monthly, monitor inventory turnover, and assist collections.

Perform hands-on assembly of packaging products using stitch, glue, banding, heat tools and bundlers. Meet piece-rate performance standards, perform quality checks, handle corrugated materials, assist material handlers, maintain workstation housekeeping, and collaborate with team to meet production targets.
