Assign and dispatch freight to drivers, schedule loads and routes, manage bills of lading and load documentation, track driver hours and logbooks, create pick tickets/load tags, and communicate daily with drivers, customers, and management.

Manage and expand Premier Packaging's Strategic Accounts by partnering with national sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Identify growth opportunities, present value to executive stakeholders, oversee account performance and inventory for managed accounts, conduct strategic planning and business reviews, and maintain detailed Salesforce documentation.

Supervise 10–20 hourly employees on 3rd shift, oversee converting machine operations, train and coach staff, enforce safety and quality standards, manage supplies, payroll reporting, and shift housekeeping. Coordinate maintenance, approve vacations, and strive to maintain productivity, reduce waste, and meet on-time deliveries.

Supervise 2nd-shift converting operations, lead 10–20 hourly employees, ensure safety, quality, productivity, machine upkeep, training, inventory, and complete bi-weekly payroll and reporting.

Lead corrugated sourcing and quoting activities: develop corporate strategy, manage suppliers and a sourcing team, drive pricing strategy, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement.

Support sales by producing timely industrial quotes, managing vendor relationships, maintaining quote logs and reports, analyzing costs (freight/warehousing), training team members, handling samples, and using ASI/Jasper and Microsoft Office to optimize margins and sourcing processes.

Perform manual assembly of corrugated packaging using stitch guns, glue guns, hand banders, heat guns and bundlers. Follow assembly procedures, meet production targets, perform quality checks, handle materials, maintain workstation housekeeping, and collaborate with team and material handlers to optimize workflow.

Lead sourcing and quoting for corrugated packaging: prepare and manage price quotations and bids, analyze suppliers and cost-saving opportunities, maintain quote systems and pricing databases, manage samples and trials, build vendor and sales relationships, report monthly on sourcing activities and vendor performance, and conduct vendor visits as needed.

Perform hands-on assembly of corrugated packaging using stitch, glue, banding, heat, and bundling tools. Meet production targets, perform quality checks, maintain workstation cleanliness, handle materials, and collaborate with team and material handlers to optimize workflow.
