Supervise 10–20 hourly employees and oversee converting-machine operations during a ten-hour shift. Responsibilities include employee training and evaluations, machine safety, quality control, productivity and waste reduction, supplies and payroll administration, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, shift transitions, staffing coverage, and vacation approvals. The supervisor also ensures customer specifications, safety standards, on-time delivery, and departmental readiness are maintained.

Assembles corrugated packaging products using specialized hand tools, follows assembly instructions, performs quality checks, handles materials, maintains a clean workstation, and meets production targets. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, basic math, manual dexterity, and teamwork. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Assemble corrugated packaging products using specialized hand tools, follow assembly procedures, meet production standards, perform quality checks, maintain a clean workstation, transport materials, and collaborate with material handlers and team members to meet production targets.

Coordinates daily freight scheduling by matching loads with available drivers, dispatching routes, bills of lading, and timelines. Tracks driver availability and logbook activity, prepares pick tickets and load tags, reviews and posts bills of lading, escalates discrepancies, and communicates with drivers, customers, and management.
