Lead development of end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support Operations, Commercial, Finance, Revenue, People, Procurement, and Guest Experience. Translate stakeholder needs into automated, real-time reporting using Microsoft technologies, design executive KPIs, integrate multi-system data, and drive data-driven decision making across hotels and the regional hub.

Support hotel finance operations across Rooms Revenue, F&B, AR, AP, purchasing, and general accounting. Manage high-volume corporate accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and stakeholder relationships. Use Opera PMS and ERP systems to ensure timely billing, cash collection, and accurate financial records while improving operational efficiency.

Assist head chef in preparation and service across kitchen sections, maintain food hygiene and portion control, manage storage to minimize waste, follow recipes and SOPs, communicate stock and quality issues, and help build a motivated team delivering consistent guest-focused service.
