Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) provide patient care and transport in emergency and non-emergency situations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of ambulances, while effectively communicating with dispatchers and completing necessary documentation.

EMTs will provide high-quality medical care, operate equipment, maintain operations, and ensure calmness in stressful situations. Shifts include various hour options and overtime pay after 8 hours.

The Health Insurance Follow-Up Specialist manages outstanding claims, resolves discrepancies, ensures communication with payers and patients, and maintains records to optimize cash flow.
