Design, run, and optimize cell-based and phenotypic assays to evaluate potency, selectivity, and mechanism of new molecules (including degraders, DACs, ADCs). Develop and validate pharmacodynamic assays, perform antibody internalization/target degradation/payload release assays, analyze and present results, maintain experimental records, and support project planning and troubleshooting.
