Teams at Prelude (prelude.so)

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will build high-performance user interfaces, own features from frontend to backend, design APIs, and improve team efficiency while ensuring service stability.

Own end-to-end technical support for developer customers: triage, reproduce and resolve integration issues, onboard new customers, proactively monitor accounts, build runbooks/on-call processes, integrate AI into support workflows, and partner with Engineering/Product to eliminate recurring problems. Serve as a calm technical lead during incidents and help define the support function as the company scales.

The Customer Support Specialist will manage client support, help onboard new customers, resolve issues, improve client experiences, and maintain documentation and support processes.
