As a Software Engineer for Internal Tools at Prelude, you will design and build internal tools, develop AI workflows for automation, and collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer closing. Partner with founders and hiring managers, build talent pipelines, advise on compensation and hiring strategy, improve recruiting processes, manage recruitment metrics and funnel reporting, maintain ATS data quality, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role may also support hiring for other teams and includes international recruitment exposure.

Own and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns end-to-end: set up tracking, run experiments on copy/creative/targeting, allocate budget, report on CTR/conversions/CPA/ROI, and collaborate with Sales and Design to drive B2B SaaS lead generation and conversion.
