Manages and grows a Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada territory for protective films and coatings. Responsibilities include developing new business, managing existing customer and distributor relationships, negotiating sales, preparing forecasts, developing sales strategies, and driving profitable volume growth. The role requires approximately 50% travel, primarily by car, with occasional flights to Canada. Candidates should have technical sales experience, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and familiarity with packaging, films, adhesives, or related industrial markets.

Leads customer service and inside sales teams, drives revenue and volume growth, coaches employees, monitors KPIs, supports strategic accounts, and partners with supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and planning teams to resolve fulfillment challenges and improve customer satisfaction. The role also identifies process improvements and aligns customer demand with operational capabilities.

Manages customer experience technology initiatives across CRM, CPQ, CMS, mobile, analytics, and sales and marketing platforms. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, manage projects, coordinate vendors, oversee application support, track budgets, and drive testing, implementation, adoption, security, and compliance. Leads process improvements, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination while ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
