Drive corporate and MICE revenue for Preferred Hotels & Resorts properties across South America. Manage and expand corporate accounts, develop strategic sales plans, generate group business, build relationships with travel agencies and corporate buyers, support member hotels with sales and RFP processes, maintain CRM records, conduct market development, and represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.

Leads global digital content operations across websites, mobile apps, and B2B portals. Manages content intake, governance, quality control, CMS and DAM publishing, localization, taxonomy, workflows, SLAs, and contributor relationships. Oversees two Content Specialists, coordinates with creative, product, marketing, agencies, and hotels, and uses performance metrics to improve content quality, efficiency, discoverability, and delivery timelines.

Drive contracted group room revenue from the DACH region by identifying and distributing leads, developing new business, managing strategic accounts, organizing client events, and advising hotel partners. Build relationships with corporate, incentive, and third-party planner clients; maintain account plans and CRM records; use client insights to improve proposals and conversions; and collaborate with sales, marketing, regional, and hotel teams across the global portfolio.
