Supports education centre operations by engaging students and parents, coordinating teachers and classroom readiness, managing schedules and attendance, handling front desk inquiries, promoting courses and events, and building the adult learner community. The role also supports enrolment growth, student retention, company events, and brand standards while providing customer portal and progress assistance.

Coordinate event planning, logistics, suppliers, venues, schedules, budgets, documentation, and on-site execution from setup through pack-down. Support registration, troubleshooting, contingency planning, post-event debriefs, inventory returns, and reporting while keeping internal teams and external partners aligned.

Design AI curricula, syllabi, hands-on projects, course materials, and executive learning experiences. Research and test emerging AI tools, LLMs, image-generation systems, and automation platforms. Prototype reliable coded and no-code workflows, translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives, and collaborate with instructors to improve content. Localize global technology trends for Hong Kong and Singapore business environments.
