Build and own end-to-end product features across Python backend services, APIs, and TypeScript/React interfaces. Translate ambiguous procurement and finance requirements into maintainable software, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision-support capabilities. Collaborate with product and architecture teams, improve testing, performance, and maintainability, and exercise strong technical judgment and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.

Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate experience. Lead People projects such as onboarding, culture initiatives, internal communications, and team events. Help strengthen the company’s employer brand while contributing to building HR processes within an early-stage startup.

Owns marketing for an early-stage AI startup, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, case studies, account-based campaigns, events, thought leadership, founder communications, and targeted LinkedIn advertising. The role builds the marketing function from scratch and focuses on engaging enterprise procurement and finance buyers, supporting long sales cycles, and generating measurable account engagement and marketing-sourced meetings.

Lead pre-sales pilots, customer onboarding, and end-to-end implementation of an AI-driven cost intelligence platform. Translate procurement and finance requirements into configured solutions, connect data sources, train users, resolve complex implementation issues, and feed insights into the product roadmap. Continue supporting customers after go-live, monitor satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and create scalable implementation playbooks and onboarding materials.

Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle from qualified opportunity through multi-year contract close. Sell cost and margin intelligence to procurement, finance, commercial leaders, and C-suite stakeholders at large enterprises. Build pipeline, manage complex buying committees, navigate RFPs and procurement processes, develop business cases, forecast accurately, and help create the company’s sales playbook. Partner closely with founders, marketing, product, and delivery teams while traveling regularly across Europe.
