Supports mechanical product development, enhancements, testing, prototyping, installation, and equipment maintenance for the Bolt iQ product. Manages BOMs, engineering change notices, drawings, and specifications. Performs simulation, failure analysis, quality improvement, and regulatory support while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and vendors. Designs electronic enclosures and mechanical components using SolidWorks and related tools, applies fabrication and 3D-printing methods, and supports jigs, fixtures, and operational equipment.
