Build and maintain product enablement assets and knowledge base for internal teams and customers. Create and update training materials, deliver internal and customer training, scope onboarding and training for prospects, and use AI-driven workflows to produce consistent, high-quality learning content that evolves with the product.

Implement and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, perform data migrations and deployments, support testing/UAT, create training documentation, and assist with post-deployment support and issue resolution within Professional Services engagements.

Coordinate 3-4 concurrent SaaS implementation projects as an independent contractor: schedule and track tasks, manage documentation, coordinate resources and client communication, facilitate meetings and reporting, support internal resource planning, and drive process improvements to ensure smooth customer onboarding and go-lives.
