Run and manage turnkey CNC projects and demonstrations, evaluate customer parts and machines, develop setups/programs for Swiss and multi-tasking lathes, provide onsite training and engineering support, produce cost estimates and engineering reports, and support pre-sale activities and proposals.

Lead and manage the Applications Engineering team for CNC machine tools, overseeing pre-sale and post-sale support, turnkey projects, demonstrations, training, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Run turnkey projects and demonstrations on Tsugami and Swiss-style CNC machines; perform pre-sale assessments, develop part processing and proposals, train customers on safe set-up and operation, create cost estimates and engineering reports, and provide onsite training and engineering assistance.

Serve as primary contact for existing Tsugami CNC customers across an assigned territory. Build relationships, identify projects and tooling sales, support equipment implementation and installations, provide technical expertise with Sales Executives, meet tooling sales quotas, and travel within the territory to deliver training and customer support.

Run customer demonstrations, turnkey projects, and part processing on Tsugami and Swiss sliding-headstock CNC machines. Provide pre-sale assessments, cost estimates, engineering reports, onsite training, and technical support. Travel to customer sites and develop/customize CNC setups, with emphasis on Fanuc controls and CAD/CAM usage when applicable.

Lead and manage the Applications Engineering team for CNC machine tools, overseeing pre- and post-sale customer support, turnkey projects, demonstrations, technical training, project execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Manage and grow existing Tsugami machine tool accounts within an assigned Minnesota territory. Build relationships across customer organizations, identify equipment and tooling opportunities, support sales with technical expertise, lead equipment implementation and training, collaborate with internal teams, and meet tooling sales quotas. Regular customer visits and travel required.

Run and manage turnkey machining projects and demonstrations on Tsugami/Swiss CNC machines. Conduct pre-sale evaluations, develop part-processing programs, train customers on safe setup and operation, provide onsite engineering support, write engineering reports, and prepare cost estimates and proposals.
