Partners with Clinical Operations, study teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues, meet study timelines, maintain contract records, report metrics, and improve contracting processes. The role requires at least five years of relevant CRO or healthcare contracting experience, including clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.

Manage clinical and commercial contract lifecycles, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, tracking, and archiving site, vendor, consulting, confidentiality, and clinical study agreements. Partner with clinical operations, study teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, meet timelines, maintain contracting standards, report metrics, and improve contracting processes.

Manages the review, drafting, negotiation, tracking, and execution of clinical study, vendor, confidentiality, and other contracts.
