Teams at Precision Medicine Group

Conducts and analyzes bioanalytical ligand-binding assays, including PK, ADA, total antibody, and neutralizing antibody studies. Maintains LIMS records, laboratory equipment, reagents, documentation, and sample information. Supports method development, validation, SOP compliance, data presentation, waste handling, inventory management, and laboratory safety practices.

Leads agency relationships and cross-functional teams across assigned pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts. Manages client strategy, tactical delivery, financial forecasting, revenue recognition, business development, account growth, and senior-level client relationships. Provides product and market insights, mentors account teams, resolves interdepartmental issues, and represents the agency with executive stakeholders. The role may involve domestic and international travel.

Lead pharmacovigilance safety activities for clinical studies including safety plan development, SAE/SUSAR case management and regulatory reporting, safety database setup, SOPs and training, audit support, CAPA participation, budget review, mentorship of safety staff, and client/vendor interfacing.
