Lead client service and project teams for market-access-focused pharmaceutical accounts. Manage client relationships, project plans, budgets, proposals, regulatory review, and mentor junior account staff while ensuring quality and compliance with industry guidelines.

Manage project accounting and financials for client portfolio: oversee month-end close, contract review and setup, intercompany transactions, invoicing, accruals, forecasts, and audits. Serve as primary finance contact for projects, present financials, mentor junior staff, identify efficiencies, and ensure revenue recognition and compliance with GAAP.

Lead and scale a hands-on engineering team to build a governed, scalable Data Hub. Own sprint delivery, architecture, CI/CD, reliability, cross-team coordination, vendor relationships, and production SLAs while partnering with the SVP on hiring and strategy.
