Manage procurement of structural steel, materials, subcontracted services and shop supplies for complex fabrication projects. Generate and track purchase orders, source and qualify vendors, negotiate terms, ensure AISC quality and material traceability, support job costing and invoice reconciliation, and coordinate cross-functionally to meet schedules and control costs.

Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting for construction projects and company operations. Oversee general ledger, job costing, WIP, AR/AP support, inventory/equipment accounting, month-end and year-end close, audits, and internal controls. Partner with project and operations teams, supervise accounting staff, and deliver management reports to support profitability and cost control.

The Senior CAD Designer creates and revises detailed erection and fabrication drawings, conducts shop visits, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards while managing multiple projects.
