Provide oversight and management of anti-trafficking case management programs, supervise staff, ensure service quality and safety, support program development, community engagement, grants management, and may carry a caseload as needed.

Manage administrative systems and processes for Health Services, Recuperative Care, and Street Outreach programs. Oversee data and compliance for grants, billing infrastructure, scheduling, staffing, and client program support. Conduct research to support program sustainability and ensure effective information management.

The Senior Director of Social Work oversees programming, staff management, and administration at the Hope House emergency shelter and other social work programs, focusing on services for those facing homelessness, hunger, and poverty.
