The Assistant Director manages and leads Elena's Way, ensuring quality services and administration, staff supervision, program development, and community relations to support individuals experiencing homelessness and complex health needs.

Provide administrative support across full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, certification and background check management, and HR systems maintenance. Work independently on routine tasks and projects while supporting the HR team and ensuring confidentiality and accurate recordkeeping.

As Needed Staff at Elena's Way provide shelter and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, engage clients, and ensure safety and crisis intervention.
