Supports accurate data collection, recordkeeping, lease execution, and on-site team operations while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Travel nationwide to multifamily apartment communities to complete tenant interviews, income and asset calculations, leasing, annual and interim recertifications, inspections, resident file maintenance, lease-up and rehabilitation support, and audit preparation. The role requires compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and public housing regulations, strong tenant and client communication, independent work under deadlines, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
