Assist with affordable housing community leasing and property management operations. Responsibilities include HUD/Section 8 compliance, certifications and recertifications, waiting-list maintenance, income and rent calculations, resident file management, application processing, collections, inspections, work requests, resident support, marketing, and administrative tasks. The role requires customer service, accurate recordkeeping, independent work, on-call availability, and occasional travel for owner gatherings and resident events.

Assists with residential property operations, affordable housing and Section 8 recertification, leasing, rent collections, resident relations, inspections, complaint resolution, compliance, financial procedures, and resident file maintenance. Supports accurate data collection, recordkeeping, lease execution, and on-site team operations while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Travel nationwide to multifamily apartment communities to complete tenant interviews, income and asset calculations, leasing, annual and interim recertifications, inspections, resident file maintenance, lease-up and rehabilitation support, and audit preparation. The role requires compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and public housing regulations, strong tenant and client communication, independent work under deadlines, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
