Monitor product identification in the Ascor program, check card faults, organize or operate Ducker Carts, inspect product quality, and support production goals. Duties include machine setup, feeding, product handling, material movement, cleaning, safety compliance, communication, and rotating among departmental tasks. The role requires following instructions, performing basic measurements and calculations, handling materials, and working safely around loud, mechanical, wet, and humid production environments.

Coordinate tooling for production machinery by inspecting, staging, storing, and tracking cutting dies and print plates. Ensure tooling availability, identify damage or wear, coordinate repairs and replacements, maintain inventory records, and support production teams. The role involves lifting heavy tooling, using measuring tools, following safety and quality procedures, and working overnight in a manufacturing environment.

Directs daily plant operations, overseeing production output, quality, safety, staffing, shipping, costs, and continuous improvement. Leads production employees and supervisors, allocates resources, monitors performance metrics, reduces waste and downtime, ensures GMP and OSHA compliance, and develops future leaders through coaching and training. The role requires substantial production-floor presence and collaboration across organizational levels to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
