The Safety Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing safety programs, conducting inspections, training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Rotational sales trainee program exposing the employee to manufacturing functions (design, testing, quality, corrugator, converting, shipping, customer service). Drive commercialization projects, apply project management, troubleshooting and continuous-improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), perform data collection/reporting and presentations, interact with customers, and handle physical material tasks and regular travel.

Manage day-to-day plant operations with responsibility for production, quality, safety and cost control. Lead and coach supervisors, implement continuous improvement, track metrics, allocate resources, enforce GMP/SOPs and regulatory compliance, and drive productivity, waste reduction, and on-time shipping.
