Support Quality Manager in plant-level quality activities including complaint intake/tracking, process audits, document control, non-conforming material handling, rework/sorting management, KPI/CAR/PAR management, safety committee leadership, data entry, and completing safety/incident documentation.

Support customers by compiling, tracking, and analyzing customer service metrics; produce reports and presentations; perform data entry into systems (Supply Connect, TMS/TMC); maintain spreadsheets, reports, and shipping documentation; communicate with production, management, and customers; perform warehouse duties including forklift operation and shipping coordination.

Provide front-desk and clerical support: answer phones, greet visitors, route calls and mail, maintain vendor files, manage office supplies, and perform general administrative tasks while ensuring company policies and customer service standards are met.
