Provide Tier 1 desktop and end-user IT support: respond to service desk tickets, install/configure workstations and peripherals, manage AD accounts, track inventory/licenses, perform diagnostics, assist onboarding, document procedures, and escalate unresolved issues.

Prospect and qualify new accounts, conduct sales calls, build customer relationships, create pricing and value proposals, close new business, manage accounts, meet sales quotas, monitor competition, and collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, quality, and plant teams while covering an assigned territory.

Supports plant quality and safety operations by conducting process audits, managing complaints, corrective and preventive actions, nonconforming defects, rework, documentation, KPIs, and safety compliance. Ensures GMP and company procedures are followed, prevents defective products from reaching customers, performs data entry, and participates in safety initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime in a manufacturing environment.
