Assist the Corrugating Supervisor in leading daily production of quality corrugated products safely and efficiently. Manage personnel, maintain production standards and inventories, coordinate maintenance, address quality and employee-relations issues, conduct safety and production meetings, cross-train employees, enforce policies, and support continuous improvement. The role requires floor leadership, technical understanding of corrugating equipment, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and the ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment while lifting up to 50 pounds.

The Assistant Plant Controller prepares financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and month-end close activities. Responsibilities include inventory and revenue analysis, accounts payable, reconciliations, accruals, fixed-asset and capital-project reporting, SAP updates, internal controls, and KPI reporting. The role supports the Plant Controller, documents processes, performs ad hoc Excel analysis, and collaborates with plant management. Occasional overtime, weekend work, PPE use, and travel for conferences or training may be required.

Manages customer service, shipping, scheduling, inventory, and workflow across a corrugated box plant. Supervises, trains, evaluates, and disciplines employees while ensuring policy compliance, accurate documentation, timely deliveries, product quality, and departmental goal achievement. Coordinates with Sales regarding scheduling and shipping issues, monitors stock movement, attends meetings, and drives continuous improvement.
