Maintains and develops WordPress websites, including pages, themes, plugins, forms, integrations, SEO, analytics, hosting, security, and performance. Creates web graphics, marketing campaigns, print collateral, logos, merchandise, vehicle wraps, video, and branded assets. Works independently on a pay-as-you-go basis, maintains brand standards, prepares production-ready files, coordinates with vendors, and logs hours accurately.

Build and maintain AI agents and automation for operations, construction, finance, HR, and project teams. Responsibilities include workflow analysis, RAG assistants, document extraction, RFI drafting, bid screening, compliance reminders, reporting, Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet integrations, and deployment of open-source AI platforms using Docker on Linux or cloud infrastructure. The role also includes monitoring, security, cost control, documentation, and staff training.
