Lead nursing operations for a small skilled nursing unit in a continuing care retirement community. Supervise and develop nursing staff and leadership, manage budgets, hiring, training, documentation, audits, regulatory compliance, on-call rotation, and resident care planning. Communicate with physicians, residents, and families and support restorative nursing; may assume executive responsibilities as needed.
