Provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and limited psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Participates in inpatient call coverage and consults, supervises medical providers, supports TMS assessments, teaches students, and contributes to quality improvement. The role also offers community engagement, executive mentorship, and a pathway toward future chief medical officer leadership.

Provides community-based behavioral health case management for children, adolescents, and families in homes, schools, and community settings. Responsibilities include assessment, crisis intervention, treatment-plan support, advocacy, referrals, life-skills education, documentation, care-team coordination, community education, and transportation of patients. The role also requires clinical supervision, professional development, quality improvement participation, valid Kansas licensure where applicable, and compliance with background and safety screening requirements.

Provides outpatient psychiatric nursing care, including patient triage, medication administration and management, crisis intervention, care coordination, clinical documentation, medication assistance programs, inventory controls, and liaison services with prescribers, pharmacies, hospitals, and community providers. The RN works independently in a daytime clinic, supports urgent patient needs, maintains confidentiality and licensure, and follows medical waste and documentation standards.
