Supervises food and beverage operations across bars and restaurants, coordinating service, forecasting needs, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, resolving guest complaints, and managing staff hiring, scheduling, training, performance, and termination. Monitors sales, costs, budgets, and profitability while ensuring compliance with labor, health, safety, liquor, gaming, and TIPS requirements. The role requires food service supervisory experience, strong communication, computer literacy, and the ability to meet physical demands.

Performs dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties: operates dishwashing equipment, cleans floors, drains, cookware, grills, ovens, walk-in coolers, and trash; sanitizes work areas; stores supplies and uses chemicals properly; maintains Title 31 compliance; lifts and moves dish racks and performs other stewarding tasks as assigned.
