Teams at Prairie Knights Casino & Resort

Patrol casino grounds, enforce gaming laws and house rules, inspect for tampering or hazards, apprehend violators, record incidents, permit authorized entry, maintain Title 31 compliance, respond as First Responder, maintain RBS certification, and assist with other security duties as needed.

Assist casino accountants with daily slots, cash desk, and table games revenue audits; record slot meters and prepare meter comparison reports; track cash transactions and jackpots; prepare monthly management reports; maintain records and office supply inventory; ensure Title 31 compliance; use gaming application software and Microsoft Office; perform other CFO-assigned duties.

Performs dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties: operates dishwashing equipment, cleans floors, drains, cookware, grills, ovens, walk-in coolers, and trash; sanitizes work areas; stores supplies and uses chemicals properly; maintains Title 31 compliance; lifts and moves dish racks and performs other stewarding tasks as assigned.
