The role collaborates with content, product, and marketing teams to execute organic acquisition strategies, analyze performance, and optimize web and app discovery across international markets.

Develop and execute App Store Optimization strategies to increase mobile app visibility, rankings, organic downloads, and conversion rates. Conduct keyword research, optimize store metadata, analyze competitors and performance data, run listing experiments, and collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams on creative assets. Monitor market trends, platform updates, localization opportunities, and international acquisition performance while translating insights into actionable growth strategies.

Design intuitive, polished experiences for mobile and web products used by millions. Own the end-to-end design process from concepts and prototypes through implementation, including customer journeys, onboarding, features, and interactive interfaces. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, use research and product data to improve experiences, and contribute to the design system. The role requires strong visual design, UX, interaction design, prototyping, product thinking, and independent ownership.
