Identify and engage VC firms, investors, platform teams, and operating partners; position Pragmatike as a trusted talent provider for portfolio companies; develop strategic partnerships; generate revenue opportunities; and collaborate with founders on go-to-market strategy. The role requires autonomous, relationship-driven business development across the global startup and technology ecosystem.

The ML Ops Engineer will build and operate scalable ML inference platforms, focusing on model serving infrastructure and deployment pipelines for AI applications.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems using NestJS. Architect APIs, caching, queues, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with frontend and product teams, improve performance and reliability, leverage AI-assisted development workflows, and own features end-to-end in a fast-moving, remote-first SaaS/MedTech environment.
