Requires bookkeeping, payroll, tax knowledge, strong communication, and working proficiency with QuickBooks.

Assists with tax return preparation, extensions, estimated tax payments, payroll tax filings, electronic filing, tax refund tracking, gain/loss reviews, deadline tracking, tax database maintenance, and client document processing. The role supports federal and state tax communications and offers CPA licensure support. A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and CPA eligibility progress are required; internship and tax software experience are preferred.

Assist with preparing tax returns, extensions, estimated tax payments, household employer payroll filings, and electronic tax filings. Maintain tax refund ledgers, client deadline databases, tax reporting data, and gain/loss reviews. Support printing, organizing, scanning, collating, and mailing tax documents, returns, vouchers, and agency notices.
