The role requires deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise-grade application development.

Leads architecture, system design, and technical direction for scalable SaaS products and cloud-native platforms. Responsibilities include designing distributed systems, improving performance, reliability, security, and observability, guiding engineering standards, reviewing designs and code, mentoring technical teams, resolving complex production issues, and driving AWS, containerization, automation, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives. The role remains hands-on with backend services, APIs, platform components, and modernization efforts.

Own post-adoption commercial activity for an assigned customer portfolio, including upsell, cross-sell, renewals, pricing discussions, negotiations, forecasting, and contract execution. Partner with Customer Success and Retention teams to align commercial actions with customer health and outcomes. Track expansion and renewal pipelines, improve forecast accuracy, identify revenue patterns, and help develop scalable renewal and upsell processes.
