Responsibilities include optimizing HubSpot and the broader revenue technology stack, improving attribution and data quality, managing PLG-to-sales-assist funnels, developing forecasts and scenario models, automating lead-to-cash and renewal workflows, building dashboards, supporting pricing and packaging tests, and aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Payments, and Finance around revenue growth.

Lead RevOps to unify Marketing, Sales-assist, Customer Success, and Payments. Own forecasting, GTM architecture, tech-stack optimization (HubSpot, BI, billing), funnel instrumentation, PQL scoring, and cross-functional reporting to drive ARR growth and operational efficiency.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will enhance Practice Better's AI-powered platform by developing software solutions, collaborating with teams, and optimizing performance.
