Provides inbound and outbound customer service for delinquent debt accounts. Contacts customers to determine reasons for delinquency, negotiate payment plans and settlements, explain interest, process insurance claims and collateral agreements, document account activity, and coordinate collateral surrender, redemption, reinstatement, and repossession referrals while complying with FDCPA and bankruptcy requirements.

Leads global controllership, accounting operations, financial reporting, technical accounting, tax, revenue accounting, SEC compliance, audits, and internal controls. Oversees U.S. GAAP and international accounting across multiple regions, advises executive leadership and the Audit Committee, supports acquisitions and capital markets activities, and drives finance transformation, automation, process improvement, and talent development across a global accounting organization.

Analyzes, cleans, mines, and validates large datasets to support business decisions and process improvements. Develops SQL-based data solutions, dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and testing workflows. Troubleshoots data issues, monitors business controls, documents changes, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Supports projects, ad hoc analysis, compliance processes, and dashboard maintenance using SQL Server and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
