Manages a team of strategy analysts supporting legal placement operations. Oversees strategy deployment, segmentation criteria, testing, inventory optimization, process improvement, compliance controls, and data-driven recommendations. Analyzes financial and legal operational data using SQL and Excel, presents findings to leadership, maintains policies and change logs, resolves process issues, and mentors junior analysts. Supervises hiring, training, performance evaluation, work assignment, and employee development.

Monitors consumer calls for compliance, accuracy, process adherence, and customer service. Documents findings, validates operational quality controls, analyzes reporting, recommends process improvements, supports compliance audits, and partners with Operations and Quality Assurance teams on retraining and remediation. Uses SQL, Access, SharePoint, NICE, and Microsoft Office to gather data and report results.

Works directly with customers to resolve delinquent accounts by creating payment plans, processing debit or ACH information, modifying arrangements, handling disputes, documenting financial status, and updating account records. Establishes schedules, extensions, suspensions, and authorized settlements while complying with FDCPA, FCRA, other regulations, and company policies. Provides peer coaching, payment-plan signoffs, onboarding support, and best-practice mentoring.
