Supports enterprise sales cycles by identifying technical requirements, presenting and demonstrating cryptography solutions, educating prospects, documenting integrations, and coordinating with Engineering to close opportunities. The role serves as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, contributes to product positioning, and maintains technical sales information. Candidates may come from sales engineering or hands-on embedded, hardware, semiconductor IP, or security engineering backgrounds.

Own PQShield’s global product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, market narrative, launches, content, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement. Translate complex post-quantum cryptography, hardware IP, and software products into compelling value propositions for technical and executive buyers across cybersecurity, semiconductor, automotive, defense, IoT, networking, and enterprise markets.

Lead and manage a cryptographic software IP team across the full software lifecycle: plan and allocate work, define architecture, ensure tooling and quality, mentor and line-manage engineers, coordinate with hardware and verification teams, engage with customers, and drive delivery of embedded application and IP software.
