Also hires and leads the technical marketing team.

Leads software engineering strategy and teams developing secure, high-performance post-quantum cryptography products. Oversees cryptographic libraries, secure protocols, embedded and cloud software architectures, Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, security compliance, and hardware-software integration. Partners with cryptographers, hardware engineers, product leaders, customers, and external stakeholders to bring secure software products from concept to market.

Supports enterprise sales cycles by identifying technical requirements, presenting and demonstrating cryptography solutions, educating prospects, documenting integrations, and coordinating with Engineering to close opportunities. The role serves as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, contributes to product positioning, and maintains technical sales information. Candidates may come from sales engineering or hands-on embedded, hardware, semiconductor IP, or security engineering backgrounds.
