Teams at PPRO

Provide technical and functional support for PSP clients and merchants: configure and onboard merchants, troubleshoot payment issues, open Jira tickets, guide API integrations, advise on billing/reconciliation, trace payments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and optimize conversion rates.

Lead PPRO's international legal function for payments, advising leadership on regulatory, commercial, and contentious matters; manage a 10+ person global team; drive legal strategy, cross-functional collaboration, external counsel management, and implement technology to scale processes and compliance.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native local payments services. Own products end-to-end, participate in architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, operate production services (including on-call), and collaborate in small agile teams using Java/Kotlin, modern frameworks, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and event-driven systems.
