Senior data processing analyst responsible for end-to-end survey data processing: specifications, weighting, QA, documentation and deliverables. Produce datasets and tables, perform statistical tests, and modernise/automate workflows (Python/R, replace SPSS). Apply AI-assisted tools, act as technical lead for projects, and mentor junior analysts.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, ageing follow-up, credit support, customer inquiries, and assist monthly close and AR reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support research projects across data collection, preparation, and basic qualitative and quantitative analysis. Contribute to survey design, evidence mapping, reporting and accuracy checks. Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and clients, draft report inputs, and explore AI tools and automation to improve research workflows.

Design clear, engaging visuals from complex data and research. Produce charts, infographics, report visuals, factsheets and client-ready PowerPoint/Word deliverables. Advise teams on visual formats, improve document clarity and consistency, and contribute to dashboards or interactive outputs when relevant.
