Leads Verian’s global tax function, establishing tax strategy, governance, compliance, risk management, and international tax practices. Oversees direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, tax accounting, audits, disputes, M&A due diligence, restructuring, and tax technology improvements across multiple jurisdictions. Advises the CFO, executive leadership, Board, and Audit Committee while managing external advisers, tax authorities, and cross-functional stakeholders. Builds the tax team and supports commercially focused strategic and transformation initiatives.

Conduct research and analysis on AI, digital transformation, and European innovation policies. Design surveys and stakeholder consultations, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, monitor AI and digital ecosystems, and contribute to impact assessments, policy briefs, reports, presentations, and strategic papers supporting European Digital Innovation Hubs and EU initiatives.

Process, validate and QA large survey datasets; produce datasets, tables, codeframes and documentation; support weighting, testing and statistical analyses; learn and apply Python/R, automation and AI-assisted tools; improve automated processing workflows under senior guidance.

Senior data processing analyst responsible for end-to-end survey data processing: specifications, weighting, QA, documentation and deliverables. Produce datasets and tables, perform statistical tests, and modernise/automate workflows (Python/R, replace SPSS). Apply AI-assisted tools, act as technical lead for projects, and mentor junior analysts.

Support research projects across data collection, preparation, and basic qualitative and quantitative analysis. Contribute to survey design, evidence mapping, reporting and accuracy checks. Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and clients, draft report inputs, and explore AI tools and automation to improve research workflows.

Lead month-end close across international entities, maintain SAP S/4HANA general ledger, prepare journals, accruals and reconciliations, ensure IFRS compliance and strong internal controls, support audits and statutory reporting, drive R2R process improvements, and supervise junior team members.
