The PPM Sales Solution Specialist collaborates with sales teams to qualify and close deals related to Microsoft Project solutions, manage client relationships, and deliver product demonstrations.

The Senior PPM Specialist will lead client engagements, provide recommendations, and ensure project quality while working with various teams and C-level management.

Lead end-to-end client and internal projects in a fully remote, US-based role. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project, Smartsheet, and OnePlan. Apply hybrid waterfall/agile delivery, manage stakeholders and executive communications, lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior PMs, and track project financials and governance. Maintain project data integrity in PPM platforms and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
