The Implementation Account Manager oversees the onboarding of legal and identity theft protection programs, ensuring client satisfaction and accurate system setup while maintaining communication with clients and brokers.

The Assistant Controller ensures the accuracy of accounting operations and financial reporting, directs month-end and year-end closes, oversees compliance with internal controls and U.S. GAAP, leads process improvements, and mentors accounting staff.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the President and executive leadership. Manage complex calendars, travel, executive communications, reports, event planning, vendor coordination, confidential information, and cross-departmental initiatives. Develop trackers, support strategic operations, and ensure follow-through on action items while representing executive leadership professionally.
