Serves as the first point of contact for members seeking legal assistance. Conducts legal intake interviews, verifies information, performs conflict checks, documents cases, coordinates attorney consultations, communicates updates, and monitors referrals through resolution. The role requires protecting confidential information, complying with regulations, resolving routine concerns, escalating complex issues, and meeting service, quality, productivity, and timeliness metrics.

Manages electronic enrollment and onboarding for new employee benefit group accounts. Responsibilities include converting, loading, and correcting electronic files; configuring client accounts; coordinating meetings and onboarding timelines; providing status updates; resolving inquiries and billing-related issues; and transitioning accounts to Account Management. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, prioritization, confidentiality, and teamwork in a deadline-driven office environment.

Develops and maintains backend software on IBM i using RPG, SQLRPGLE, CLP, and DB2 for i. Integrates applications with relational databases and enterprise systems, writes tested code, contributes to CI/CD, tracks defects, and supports quality delivery. Collaborates with engineers, product managers, and QA through Agile practices and shares on-call responsibilities. Learns modern integration patterns and agentic AI coding tools while critically reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and security.

Under supervision, perform payment reconciliation for group accounts: record and manage payments in SystemI, resolve discrepancies, process government allotments and remittances, handle calls and emails about unbalanced payments, and organize payroll documents to reconcile payments.

Lead definition and execution of a new third-party partner fulfillment channel for LegalShield. Own partner strategy, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, integrations, and operations to deliver member experiences, validate unit economics, and scale partner operations while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving measurable member impact.
