Under supervision, perform payment reconciliation for group accounts: record and manage payments in SystemI, resolve discrepancies, process government allotments and remittances, handle calls and emails about unbalanced payments, and organize payroll documents to reconcile payments.

Lead definition and execution of a new third-party partner fulfillment channel for LegalShield. Own partner strategy, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, integrations, and operations to deliver member experiences, validate unit economics, and scale partner operations while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving measurable member impact.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across onboarding, recruiting, benefits coordination, HRIS tasks, compliance (I-9), reporting, employee communications, event coordination, and employee engagement. Deliver responsive customer service to employees, candidates, leaders, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality, accurate records, and supporting HR projects in a fast-paced environment.

Manage onboarding of new employee benefit groups: create schedules, facilitate meetings, ensure system and contractual setup, review enrollment and billing, handle inquiries, communicate with stakeholders, and transition accounts to Account Management while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

The Director of Tax oversees the full tax function for a multi-entity organization, managing compliance, planning, and advisory relationships while ensuring accurate reporting and optimization of tax strategies.
