Billing Integrity Interns analyze and correct customer billing exceptions in SAP-CCS, maintain auditable account records, process rebills and adjustments, coordinate service orders and meter changes, prepare billing reports, research customer histories, and support responses to regulatory complaints. The role requires accurate rate calculations, knowledge of utility billing regulations, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with internal departments.

Supports energy efficiency and peak demand reduction programs through program design, implementation, reporting, invoice review, data tracking, vendor communication, proposal evaluation, and process improvement. The intern also assists with pilot programs, customer and eligibility issues, forecasting, regulatory matters, and departmental workflows while gaining exposure to energy conservation operations and analytics.

Accounting and finance intern supporting treasury and accounting activities, including invoice processing, employee expense report auditing, and payment reviews. The role is full-time during summer and offers flexible part-time office work during the academic year. The intern will gain practical corporate experience while contributing to departmental goals and developing financial, accounting, communication, and spreadsheet skills.
