Design, implement, and manage PPG's Alibaba Cloud environment and shared cloud services. Architect enterprise cloud landing zones, automate deployments and operations, enforce governance/security and cost optimization, and lead cross-functional projects to support global corporate and SBU needs.

Lead an EMEA procurement team (material coordinators, sourcing coordinators, analysts), manage supplier relationships and escalations, develop procurement procedures, negotiate contracts, mitigate supply risks, optimize inventory and lead-time planning, and track supply chain KPIs.
