Leads implementation, scale-up, optimization, and continuous improvement of solvent-based coatings manufacturing processes. Translates product and laboratory requirements into scalable, safe, efficient production processes; maintains manufacturing recipes and process parameters in Oracle Process Engineering; evaluates equipment, materials, and constraints; and partners with cross-functional teams to improve quality, yields, productivity, costs, and regulatory compliance.

Provides customer service for internal and external clients by registering, processing, and tracking sales orders; resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests; communicating product availability; issuing credit notes; monitoring service and order KPIs; preparing reports; and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires coordination with commercial, logistics, and supply-chain teams while ensuring timely responses, accurate documentation, and compliance with service agreements.

Coordinates international inbound, outbound, and intercompany transportation from planning through delivery. Communicates daily with carriers, customer service teams, and warehouses; serves as the primary contact for transportation questions; and supports cost-effective, timely, high-quality freight execution. The role also contributes to ad hoc logistics projects and requires English and German communication skills, analytical ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
