Coordinate onboarding, employee experience initiatives, office policies, repairs, equipment, invoicing, and events. Support finance internship activities and collaborate with HR, IT, facility vendors, and service providers to maintain an efficient, compliant, and welcoming workplace.

Coordinate with HR and IT, support visitors and employees, and ensure an efficient, compliant workplace environment.

Sets up, operates, maintains, inspects, cleans, and troubleshoots manufacturing production equipment. Ensures safe and effective operation, performs preventative maintenance and repairs, evaluates equipment performance, recommends improvements, and transfers equipment using industrial vehicles. Provides support to junior operators and follows company safety procedures and policies.
