Sets up, operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and cleans manufacturing production equipment. Inspects equipment, performs routine maintenance and repairs, supports production quality and capacity, and recommends improvements. Transfers equipment using industrial vehicles while following safety procedures. Requires consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds, mechanical aptitude, and hand-tool skills; manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.

Operate, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment; move, pack, sort, inspect, and rework parts; monitor quality, handle rejects, and load/unload racks. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Provides hands-on operational, technical, and training support in high-volume vehicle repair environments. Responsibilities include enforcing repair processes, resolving production bottlenecks, preparing vehicles, mixing and applying paint, maintaining spray and curing equipment, training and assessing paint and panel staff, and conducting site audits for EHS, process, and operational compliance.
