Support SAP S/4HANA functional stream by monitoring and analyzing incidents, performing business process reviews, documenting findings, testing fixes and changes, maintaining training content, and assisting PPG businesses with efficient SAP operation and change management.

Serve as strategic partner to commercial leadership, driving sales effectiveness through analytics, forecasting, territory and quota management, sales compensation administration, training, and global process standardization to support growth and margin improvement.

Responsible for managing and expanding existing customers, acquiring new clients in an assigned territory, providing technical product advice and on-site demonstrations, analyzing and optimizing customer processes, planning customer visits, and frequent travel within the sales region.
