Leads commercial responsibility for blown film products within an assigned territory. Drives profitable revenue growth through new business development, customer relationships, trade show networking, market intelligence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, program management, and customer service teams. Uses Salesforce to manage sales activities and supports business strategy, presentations, and industry engagement. Travel up to 50% is required.

Supervises manufacturing operations and production staff during an assigned shift. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, safety, quality control, GMP and ISO compliance, equipment operation, training, production records, performance metrics, cleanliness, issue resolution, and customer complaint reviews. The supervisor coordinates between management and production employees while ensuring products meet quality, cost, and demand requirements.

Lead the site Quality organization to maintain ISO/FSSC compliance, drive continuous improvement, manage audits and CAPA, partner with operations and engineering to control blown-film extrusion and converting processes, and develop the quality team to reduce defects and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met.
