Enrolls new fitness club members, conducts facility tours, follows up with prospects, promotes memberships to local organizations, maintains member records in a CRM system, and supports member engagement. Builds relationships with prospective and existing members while providing guidance on club services. Requires strong sales, communication, customer service, presentation, computer, and organizational skills.

Manages the fitness center’s administrative and business operations, including recruiting coordination, employee onboarding and records, HR paperwork, payroll, membership accounts, billing, cash reconciliation, accounts payable, vendor coordination, and business software support. The role also supports employee relations, monitors compliance requirements, handles member inquiries, and works assigned Manager on Duty shifts.

The role requires persuasive communication, relationship building, customer service, sales tracking, scheduling flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus commission.
