Balance capacity-constrained weekly schedules from the Master Production Schedule, considering material availability, labor, and priorities. Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, and floor leads, maintain KPIs, use IFS for scheduling, and drive continuous improvements to reduce downtime and ensure accurate routing hours and BOM updates.

Provides technical support to sales during pre-sale project development, including scope definition, costing, application analysis, concept drawings, estimating, and customer design alignment. Supports awarded projects as a technical resource within project management. Reviews specifications, manages technical requirements and vendor quotes, contributes to microgrid and power-system design, leads customer meetings, and coordinates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and clients. Requires balancing multiple projects, documentation, ERP tasks, and limited travel.

Provides electrical engineering support for pre-sale project development, including scope definition, costing, application analysis, concept drawings, estimating, and client design alignment. Serves as a technical liaison among sales, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers. Supports post-sale project management, utility interconnection processes, technical reviews, customer meetings, vendor quoting, and delivery of turnkey, equipment-only, and specialty power projects.
