Manage accounts receivable processes, including customer invoicing, project-based invoice submission, payment collection, dispute resolution, and customer portal tracking. Research discrepancies, communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain process documentation, protect sensitive information, and identify process improvement opportunities. The role requires accurate, timely work, strong Excel skills, collaboration across departments, and occasional travel in a hybrid environment.

Leads financial planning and analysis for multiple business units, including monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and profitability analysis. Oversees departmental cost planning, partners with accounting to ensure accurate reporting, and conducts financial analyses such as asset impairment and capital expenditure IRR evaluations. Requires strong financial modeling, full P&L knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP experience, analytical ability, communication skills, and flexibility for hybrid work and occasional travel.
