Manage ceramics fabrication projects from concept through delivery, including schedules, budgets, team supervision, client communication, quality standards, inventory, estimates/invoices, and studio operations/support.

Teach 10-week ceramics courses in a shared studio: develop syllabus and course content, provide technical and creative instruction, enforce safety and studio policies, support student goals, assist with setup/breakdown, coordinate end-of-semester displays, and communicate supply or safety issues. Prepare weekly readings and occasional out-of-class work.

Manage planning and execution of 2–3 annual large-scale exhibitions, commissions, and special projects. Serve as project manager liaising with curatorial, production, fabrication, marketing, and operations; maintain schedules, budgets, loan records, and contracts; coordinate shipping, installation, condition reports, and artist logistics; support publications and intern supervision while developing systems and cross-departmental workflows.
